股骨颈骨折一粗一细加压螺纹钉内固定法的生物力学实验研究

摘要 股骨颈骨折内固定方法繁多。本文选用一粗一细加压螺纹钉,采用先进电阻应变仪方法,对股骨颈的应力分布在中立、外展、内收不同位置上施加50kg荷载压力,通过电阻应变计测定一粗一细加压螺纹钉,对股骨颈骨折所承受拉、压移位情况,优于其它内固定形式。 There are many kinds of method to fix femoral neck fracture. We put two screwnails added pressure, one thick and one thin into the femoral neck, pressed 59kg on the femoral necks. in nautral position, abduction position and adduction position and used advanced (resistance). strain gauge messurement method. We can see that the two nails born the pulling force and pressure on femoral neck fracture was better than others.
