摘要
介绍了基于Motomla MC68HC908JB8微控制器的闪存在电路编程的基本思想,详细说明在电路编程的具体实现方法。该方法具有简单实用,所需硬件资源少等优点。通过该方法,可以极大增加用户产品的灵活性和开发效率,降低产品的开发风险。
In this paper, the basic thought of In-circuit Programming of FLASH Memory for the MC68HC908JB8 Microcontroller is introduced, and its implementation method is reported detailed. This method is simple and practical ; few resources of the necessary hardware are needed. This method can increase flexibility and development efficiency of the user＇s products greatly; reduce the development risk of the products.
