国产YD-7A型玻璃体切割机在玻璃体手术中的应用

Usage of the YD-7A Model Vitrectomy Machine in Vitrectomy

使用苏州YD—7A型玻璃体切割机连接美国ALCON切割刀的方法，开展玻璃体手术59眼，其中：（1）角巩膜切口前段玻璃体切除术19眼；（2）睫状体平部晶体玻璃体切除术治疗葡萄膜炎瞳孔膜闭、白内障2眼，恶性有光眼1眼；（3）单纯玻璃体切除术治疗玻璃体混浊积血7眼；（4）玻璃体切除术联合球内异物钳夹术治疗球内异物7眼；（5）玻璃体切除术联合巩膜扣带术治疗复杂性机网膜脱离23眼；均取得一定的疗效。介绍了此连接的方法，既节省了开支，又发挥了进口切割刀的优点，使国产玻璃体切割机能用于临床，不仅减少并发症的发生，改善视力，而且使一些需要玻璃体手术的复杂性眼病的治疗成为可能。

In this paper,59 eyes were treated with vittectomy in which YD- 7A model vitrectomy machine (su zhou )and import cutting probe (Alcon) was used.In 59 eyes,19 eyes with trauma (15 eyes) and IOL scleral suture fixation(4 eyes) were operated with anterior vitrectomy of limbus incision, pars plana lensecotomy - vitrectomy for the 3 eyes with uveitis cataract (2 eyes) and malignant glucoma (1 eye),pars plana vitrectomy for 7 eyes with vitrous opacity and hemorrhage,pars plana vitrectomy combined with foreign body extracted for 7 eyes with intraocular foreign body, pars plana vitrectomy combined with scleral bucking for the complicated retinal detachment. This combined can make YD- 7A model vitrectomy machine be used widly in clinical,because it is cheap and have advanstage of import cutting probe,so the complication of operation can be decreased,post - operation recovered vision may be increased, treatedof some complicative eye disease shall be able. The operative method and effection was discussed.
