摘要
根据安徽省远景负荷预测及"皖电东送"的外送电力规模,结合全省500kV及以上等级电网规划,着重分析远景安徽电网过江断面的输电能力,同时考虑煤炭资源、铁路运力、水资源及环境容量等外部条件的影响,从而确定皖北、皖中及皖南各地区的装机规模,并从目前已踏勘的厂址资源中优选新建电源,以利于未来安徽省电源与电网的协调发展。
In the light of the long term load forecast and power transmission plan and 500 kV power grids program, this paper analyzes the cross river power transmission capacity, coal resources, railway transport, water resources and environment influence and fixes North Anhui, Mid Anhui and South Anhui installation capacity scales and selects the new power plant sites for construction, to promotes the concerted development of power plants and power grids.
