Accident analysis and treatment of unsmooth rotation of VN air preheater rotor

空气预热器漏风率是影响锅炉效率的一个重要指标。平圩发电有限责任公司2号锅炉两台空气预热器漏风率高达15%,因此利用机组大修机会进行了空气预热器换型改造,采用了VN固定密封三分仓回转式空气预热器。在首次启动运行过程中出现多次卡停事故,通过对其结构进行分析,寻找出了解决问题的方法,并提出运行和检修维护中应注意的事项。

Air leakage of the air preheater is a key factor to influence boiler efficiency. The air leakage rate of the preheater of No. 2 boiler was as high as 15%, so a VN air preheater is used in air preheater retrofitting instead. During the initial operation of the VN air preheater, rotor stoppage accidents happened. This treatise analyzes the architecture of the preheater, and gives solutions and cautionary points to O ＆ M of the VN air preheater.
