摘要
本文介绍了基于三菱公司的 Q 系列 PLC 的5台空气压缩机控制系统,叙述了该系统的软硬件设计。在软件设计中采用了智能控制算法,使每台空气压缩机的累计运行时间大致相等并避免了压缩机的频繁起制动,提高了整个系统的使用寿命。
This paper presents the control system of 5 air compressors based on MITSUBISHI Q series PLC, as well as the details of the design of the system. The system makes total runtime of each air compressor approximately equal and avoids frequent starting and stopping by use of intellectual algorithms so that it improves the long-span of the whole system.
