摘要
阐述了基于 PLC 的散装粒子自动称量包装系统的实现方法,提出了用 PLC 数字量实现称量及通过 PLC 控制气缸动作实现包装的方法。文中对该系统采用的硬件和软件做了介绍。
The implementation of the bulk granular automatic weighing and packing system based on PLC（programmable logic controller） are described. A weighing method with digital of PLC and a packing way by PLC controlling the cylinders are put forward. The paper also introduces the hardware and software of the system.
