摘要
本文介绍了用可编程器件实现对采样电压的测量。该系统将所有的硬件电路集成在一个芯片上,其功能经过验证。测量结果符合 A/D 模数转换器的精度要求。
The Realization of measure to sample voltage have been done by using FLEX20K device and A/D device in addition to data code display. The design adopt VHDL language under the environment of MAX ＋ PLUS II. All the hard circuit is designed on the In-system programmable FLEX20K device of ALTERA Company. Its function has been tested and verified and the conclusion is consistent with precise of A/D device.
