Analysis on Financing Methods of Highway Construction

公路建设资金匮乏,是我国公路建设过程中面临的主要问题。本文按照公路不同的经营性质,分别论述了非经营性公路和经营性公路的各种融资方式,且着重于经营性公路各种融资方式的讨论,并对经营性公路目前已经应用的融资方式做了应用分析。

The shortage of fund in highway construction is the main problem in China. According to different business nature of highways, all kinds of financing methods for business highways and non-business highways are respectively expounded, especially focusing on business highways. And the financing methods that have been applied in business highways such as domestic loan, stock loan, bond floatation, transfer of franchising, BOT, ABS are analyzed.
