红景天甙合成方法的改进

Study on a New Synthesis of 2-(4-Hydroxyphenyl) Ethyl β-D-Glucopyranoside

本文报道了一种合成红景天甙的新方法。以对羟基苯乙酸乙酯为原料，经苯甲基化、还原、甙化和脱苯甲基，得到红景天甙，总收率为５６．３％。

A new method to synthesize 2-(4-hydroxyphenyl) ethyl β-D-glucopyranoside (salidroside,5) was described in this paper. From ethyl(4-hydroxylphenyl) acetate, via benzylation,reduction, glucosidation and catalytic hydrogenation, salidro side was synthesized in a total yield of 56.3%.
