摘要 目的:探讨应用超声对麻醉雄性Balb/c小鼠心功能进行评价的价值。方法:采集27只麻醉后雄性Balb/c小鼠的二维、M型、多普勒心脏超声图像,分别测量评价心脏结构和功能的各项参数。结果:所有小鼠均可获得反映心脏结构和功能的二维及M型超声心动图,约89%的小鼠能获得反映心脏血流动力学的多普勒超声心动图,统计学分析得到心脏功能正常的雄性Balb/c小鼠心脏结构和功能各项参数的参考值。结论:通过超声可以动态研究Balb/c小鼠心脏结构,准确评价小鼠心脏舒张收缩功能,为今后评价Balb/c小鼠心脏疾病模型提供定性定量指标。 Objective: To explore the value of echocardiography in cardiac anatomy and function of anesthetized male Balb/c mice. Methods: By 2D,M-mode and Doppler echocardiography 27 anesthetized Balb/c mice were collected, then all kinds of parameters were measured for assessment of cardiac anatomy and function. Results: Complete 2D and M-mode echocardiography for cardiac anatomy and function was obtained from 27 mice. Hemodynamic parameters could be recorded in 89% of the mice by Doppler echocardiography. The reference value of all parameters was obtained by statistical analysis. Conclusion: The echocardiography for assessment of cardiac anatomy and function can be consistently applied to the Balb/c mice.
