社区变迁:基于城市规划的透视与策略

COMMUNITY EVOLUTION: PROSPECTIVE AND MEASURE BASED ON URBAN PLANNING

社区变迁是当代中国社会转型时期必须面对的城市问题。推动积极的社区变迁,实现有效的社区融合,是统筹社会经济协调发展的客观要求。文章对城市社区变迁的原因、现状和趋势进行了分析,并在此基础上结合城市规划的技术和方法,针对城市社区变迁反映出来的城市规划问题,提出了相关的城市规划对策。

Community evolution is an important problem for today＇s Chinese city which is in transitional period. Promoting positive community evolution and mixing community together effectively are the objective requirements of coordinative development of the socioeconemy. The essay analyses the reason,actuality and tendency of the community evolution. Based on these analysis, integrated the method and technology of urban planning and aiming at the problem of the urban planning reflected by the community evolution, the essay put forward some countemeasures of urban planning concerning the community evolution.
