现代服务业与中心城区经济发展——以南昌市东湖区为例

THE MODERN SERVICE INDUSTRY AND THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE CENTRAL URBAN AREAS——TAKE DONGHU DISTRICT OF NANCHANG AS A EXAMPLE

随着沿海中心城市开始向服务主导型经济转变,内陆大中型城市也应着力提升服务功能,大力发展现代服务业。文章以欠发达地区中心城区———南昌市东湖区为例,从分析“十一五”时期东湖区经济发展的制约因素出发,阐述发展现代服务业是东湖区核心竞争力提升、土地资源充分利用、南昌市各城区经济协调发展的必然选择,并提出优化结构、扶持重点,科学规划、合理布局,创新体制、规范管理等中心城区现代服务业的发展策略。

With the coastal cities turning to service-leading economic, large cities should also exert themselves to exalt service function, advance modem service industry energetically, medium cities as well. The paper takes one central region of the less developed areas——Donghu district of Nanchang as a example, expounds that expanding the modem service industry is the necessary choice of advancing the most competing power of Donghu, full utilization of the land resource and the economical harmonious expansion in all districts of Nanchang. All the above are based on analyzing the factors which limit the economic growth of Donghu region in the ＂eleventh - five＂ period. Besides that the paper raises the expansion policy of the modem service industry in central urban district, such as optimizing structure, supporting the high light, planning scientifically, arranging rationally, innovating system, standardized administration and so on.
