Investigations and Analysis of Contemporary Normal University Students' Outlooks on Career Choice and Countermeasures

随着我国高校毕业生分配制度的改革,高师学生在择业观方面呈现出许多新的特点。文章通过对高师毕业生择业观的分析研究,找出影响当代高师学生择业观的主要因素,并提出了相应的对策与建议。

With the reform of the assignment system for college graduates, there occurred many new characteristics of normal university students＇ outlooks on career choice. This article has analyzed their outlooks on career choice and factors influencing their outlooks and proposed corresponding countermeasures.
