摘要
目的:考查酒店服务人员角色压力两维度与职业倦怠三维度的相关。方法:采用角色压力量表和职业倦怠量表(MBI-GS)对412名酒店服务人员进行问卷调查。结果:角色冲突对职业倦怠的三个维度均有较高的预测力;角色模糊能对消极怠慢和效能感低进行有效预测。结论:降低角色压力可以有效地预防和矫治职业倦怠。
To explore the relationship between role stresa and job burnout of hotel attendants. Method: 412 hotel attendants were assessed by role stress scale and MBI- GS. Result: Role conflict can predict all dimensions of job bungs; role ambiguity can predict cynicism and diminished professional efficacy. Conclusion: Role stress may be one of the most important factors of influencing job burnout.
