豚鼠卡那霉素耳中毒耳蜗内琥珀酸脱氢酶活性变化 被引量:1

COCHLEAR SUCCINIC DEHYDROGENASE ACTIVITY CHANGE IN GUINEA PIGS WITH KANAMYCIN OTOTOXICITY

摘要 采用组织化学方法,以琥珀酸脱氢酶为指标,结合耳蜗功能检查,对卡那霉素耳中毒的豚鼠耳蜗结构、功能及代谢变化进行了观察。研究结果表明:在卡那霉素耳中毒的过程中,其听觉损伤与糖代谢的酶活性变化有关,毛细胞的变性、坏死以及损伤后的恢复与线粒体的能量代谢活跃程度相一致。毛细胞的葡萄糖有氧氧化受抑制是氨基糖甙类抗生素耳中毒的机制之一。 with the method ot histochemistry,we observed the change of succinicdehydrogenase activity in the cochleae of guinea pigs which were intramuscularlyinjected with kankmycin for 7 days,causing an iniury to their hearing.The results showthat the injury to hearing is associated with activity of succinic dehydrogenase duringthe ototoxic period;The changes of the hair cells,such as degeneration,necrosis andrecovery,relate to the active degree of energy metabolism in the mitochOridria;therestraint of gluco-oxybiotic metabolism within the hair cells is one of the mechanisms ofototooxicity of aminoglycoside antibiotics.
