胃萎汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变临床述要

Clinical Study on Precancerous Lesion of Chronic Atrophic Gastristis Treated by Wei Wei Decoction

目的:观察胃萎汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变的临床疗效。方法:90例随机分为2组,治疗组60例用胃萎汤治疗,对照组30例用维酶素、胃复春治疗。结果:治疗组3个月、6个月总有效率分别为78.3%、93.3%,对照组3个月、6个月总有效率分别为53.3%、70.0%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:胃萎汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变有较好疗效。

Objective：To observe the clinical therapeutic effect on precancerous lesion of chronic atrophic gastritis treated by Wei Wei Decoction. Method ： 90 cases were divided into 2 groups randomly. 60 cases were treated with Wei Wei Decoction as the study group while 30 cases were treated with Wei Wei Mei Su Pian and Wei Fu Chun as the control group. Result： 3 months＇s and 6 months＇total effective rate of the study group is 78.3% and 93. 3% while that of the control group is 53.3% and 70.0%. There is great difference between the two groups（P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Wei Wei Decoction has good therapeutic effect in treating precancerous lesion of chronic atrophic gastritis.
