胃肠健促进胃排空作用临床初探

Clinical Study on Gastric Emptying Function Promoted by Wei Chang Jian

目的:观察中药对功能性消化不良患者胃排空延迟的临床疗效。方法:将功能性消化不良且通过13C-辛酸胃的固体排空呼气试验证实为胃排空延迟的60例患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组用胃肠健治疗,对照组用多潘立酮治疗。4周为一疗程。结果:治疗组总有效率93.3%,对照组73.3%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:胃肠健具有很好的促进胃排空作用,且无不良反应,是治疗功能性消化不良动力障碍型的有效方剂。

Objective： To observe the effect of Chinese traditional medicine on functional dyspetic patients with delayed gastric emptying. Methods：60 functional dyspeptic patients with functional dyspepsia, who were proved as delayed gastric emptying by means of ^13C-octanoicacid breath test, were randomly divided into 2 groups. One group was treated using Chinese traditional medicine, the other group was given motilium. The treatment has lasted for 4 weeks for both groups. Results： The total effective rate in patients of the first group was 93.3 %, which was significantly higher than that of the second group（73.3 % ） （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The Chinese traditioal medicine Wei - chang - jian is considered as an effective medication for delayed gastric emptying type of functional dyspeptia due to its good effects. No severe side - effects were found in 2 groups.
