早期护理干预对脑梗死患者平衡功能的改善作用

Early nurse intervention for improving the equilibrium function in patients with cerebral infraction

目的探讨早期康复干预对脑梗死患者平衡功能及神经功能缺损程度的改善作用。方法选择2002年6月～2005年6月,肇庆市第一人民医院收治的首次发病的脑梗死患者60例,随机分为康复组(30例)和对照组(30例)。两组患者均接受脑梗死常规治疗,对照组给予一般护理,康复组除一般护理外,予以早期康复的护理干预。分别于康复治疗前当天和治疗后6周采用Fugl-Meyer平衡功能评定法和临床神经功能缺损程度评分标准评定患者的平衡功能和神经功能缺损程度。结果治疗前两组的平衡功能积分和神经功能缺损积分均无显著差异。经6周治疗后,两组患者的平衡功能和神经功能缺损积分均有改善,与治疗前相比差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.05)。康复组治疗效果优于对照组,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论早期护理干预能明显降低脑梗死患者的神经功能缺损积分,改善患者的平衡功能。

Objective To study the effect of early nurse intervention on the the equilibrium function and the level of neurologic impairment in patients with cerebral infraction. Methods Totally 60 patients with cerebral infarction for the first time were selected from the First People＇s Hospitail of Zhaoqing between January 2002 and January 2005. They were randomized divided into two groups, rehabilitation group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）. Both of groups of CI all reciveved the routime treatment. The routin group accepted the common nursing, the early rehabilitative interven- tion and psychology treatment were added in rehabilitative group. But contrast group only accepted the common nursing . The level of neurologic impairment and equilibrium function were assessed before and 6 weeks after rehabilitation treatment with the score of clinical neurologic impairment and Fugl-Meyer method. Results There was no significant difference in equilibrium function scores and neurologic impairment scores between the two groups. The equilibrium function scores and neurologic impairment scores were greatly improved in both groups of patients after 6-week and therapy compared with admission time, and there was significant difference （P^O. O5）The improvement in rehabilitation group was greater than that in control group （P〈0.05） decrease the neurologic impairment scores and improve cerebral infarction. Conclusion The early nurse intervention can equilibrium function evidently in patients with cerebral infarction.
