Nursing of Pain in Patients With Esophageal Carcinoma

目的总结食管癌患者疼痛临床护理。方法通过对51例食管癌患者疼痛护理,针对引起疼痛的不同原因采取相应护理措施及合理地综合应用各种止痛手段,包括心理护理,应用止疼药物,配合放疗。结果有效地控制了各种疼痛,使患者达到预期的治疗效果,提高了晚期疼痛患者的生活素质。结论努力使患者了解尽可能多的与疾病相关知识,保证了放疗计划的顺利实施。

Objective To summarize the clinical nursing of pain in patients with esophageal carcinoma, Methods The pain nursing was performed for 51 patients with esophageal carcinoma. The corresponding nursing countermeasures and analgesic measures were performed according to different causes of pain, including psychological nursing and analgesic drugs. Results The nursing and analgesic countermeasures controlled effectively various pain; made the patients achieved expected treatment result, improved the life quality of patients with terminal cancer. Conclusion Making great efforts to make the patients know the correlative knowledge of disease , in order to ensure the implement of radiotherapy.
