172例药物不良反应报告分析及其预防措施的探讨

Analysis of 172 Samples Reported and Discussion about the Methods of Prevention with Adverse Drug Reactions

目的促进合理用药,探讨药物不良反应的预防措施。方法对北京大学深圳医院2003年9月-2005年8月报告172例药物不良反应进行回顾性分析。结果药物不良反应的发生与患者年龄、药物种类、用药方式及生产工艺有关。结论加强药物的合理使用及监测,并严格操作,有助于减少药物不良反应的发生率。

Objective To promote reasonable medication and discuss about the methods of prevention with adverse drug reactions （ADR）. Method We studied ADR by review of 172 samples reported from September 2003to August 2005 in Peking University Shenzhen Hospital. Results The results showed that ADR were associated with age, type of drug, medication and technique of drug manufacture. Conclusion It suggests that reduction of ADR can be obtained through reasonable medication, reinforcing monitor of ADR and strict operation in medication, et al.
