聚硅酸铁铝在城市污水深度处理中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用传统活性污泥法处理城市污水,其出水CODCr、色度、SS等指标往往低于国家一级排放标准。采用一种新型高效的混凝剂—聚硅酸铁铝(PSAF)对城市污水用于传统活性污泥法处理后的深度处理,可有效地除掉余下的污染物质。试验结果表明,在聚硅酸铁铝投加量为200mg/L,pH值为6.0,沉降时间为60 min的条件下,混凝效果最佳,浊度去除率为92%左右,色度去除率为88%左右,CODCr去除率为82%左右,悬浮物SS去除率为91%左右。并将该种混凝剂应用于生产性试验,结果非常满意,被处理后的污水完全可以回用。 If using traditional activated sludge method treatment,the contents of COD_(Cr),color,turbidity and SS of city sewage are often higher than grade 1 discharge standard in China.If the city sewage which had been treated by traditional activated sludge method was deeply treated by a new high-efficiency coagulant-polysilicate aluminum ferrite,the city sewage can be purified effectively.The result of experiment shows that,under the conditions that the addition of polysilicate aluminum ferrite is 200mg/L,pH is 6.0 and setting time is 60 min,we can achieve the best coagulating result: the removal rate of turbidity is about 92%,the removal rate of color is about 88%,the removal rate of COD_(Cr) is about 82% and the removal rate of SS is about 91%.The coagulant was successfully applied to the experiment of production.After the sewage was treaded,it could be cycled.
