摘要
将纳米颗粒填充改性有机硅溶胶应用到羊毛织物上,能改善织物性能,达到羊毛防毡缩效果。通过常规的浸轧-烘干-焙烘工序,对纳米技术与有机硅技术结合的新方法进行了研究。结果表明,溶胶-凝胶处理后,在羊毛织物上形成透明多孔的网状薄膜,赋予其防毡缩性和拒水性,同时还保持良好的透气性和手感。
Wool fabric was treated with modified organic silicon filled with nano particles of metal oxide by conventional paddingdrying-curing process, The results show that the formed transparent and porous web film can impart the wool fabric felting and water proof functions, as well as air permeability and soft handle.,
