摘要
在对制造企业运作绩效的内涵进行界定的基础上,介绍了运作绩效的主要构成因素。通过对其构成要素分析,进行了企业运作绩效评价体系的设计,并建立了制造企业运作绩效评价的指标体系。
Based on the definition of operation performance of manufacturing enterprises, this paper introduces main factors of the operation performance, and analyzes constitutive factors, then designs a performance evaluation system, and sets up an index system for the evaluation of operation performance of manufacturing enterprises.
