摘要
采用高效液相色谱法测定脑瘤患者脑脊液中游离氨基酸。其中良性肿瘤20例,恶性肿瘤10例,正常5例,所测定的12种游离氨基酸在良、恶性肿瘤间均无差异。而脑肿瘤患者脑脊液中天门冬氨酸,色氨酸,缬氨酸,亮氨酸,赖氨酸的含量明显比正常组降低。对脑脊液中游离氨基酸浓度变化也进行了分析。
The a uthor introduces the results of the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF)free amino acid (FAA)levels of patients with brain tumors tested by HPLC technique.we studied 20 benign brain tumors, 10 malignant brain tumors and 5 normal subjects.The studies have shown that no difference between benign and malignant tumors in CSE FAA levels. The content of aspartate, tryptophan+valine, leucine and lysine inCSF, in patients with brain tumors was significa ntly lower than in normal group We consider that there is relationship between CSF FAA levels and the brain tumors metabolism or compensatory mechanisms of CNS function.
