介绍了用2.5次微分吸附溶出伏安测定甲氧苄氨嘧啶(TMP)的新方法。在选定的实验条件下,TMP的浓度在2.5×10^(-8)~1.0×10^(-7)mol/L范围内与峰高成线性关系,最低检测下限达1.0×10^(-9)mol/L(富集180_8)。用于TMP片剂含量分析,其相对标准偏差为6.5%(n=11),其回收率为102.4%。
This paper describes a new methodof determining Trimethoprim (TMP) by the 2.5 th order of differential adsorptive stripping voltamme-try.Under the experimental conditions specified, the calibration curve for TMP was linear in the concentration (2.5×10-9~1.0×10-7mol/L), and the detection limit of TMP was 1.0×10-9mol/L (the accumulation time:180s). The rates of the relative standard deviation and the recovery in analysing TMP tablets were 6.5%(n=11) and 102.4%,respectively.
