摘要
水资源本身具有质和量双重属性,二者互为依存。采用最新的动态分质水资源评价方法对河北省现状地表水资源水环境进行综合分析,论述了河北省的水资源水环境状况,提出了一些建议措施。
Water resources have two attributes of quality and quantity, which depend on each other. Comprehensive analysis of present surface water resources and water environment in Hebei province was conducted by using the dynamic quality grading method. The conditions of water resources and water environment were discussed and some suggestions were put forward.
