痰热清注射液治疗肾综合征出血热临床观察

Clinical Observation of tanreqing jnjection in treament of kidney syndrome Hemorrhagic Fever

目的探讨痰热清注射液在肾综合征出血热治疗中的效果。方法对128例出血热病人随机分为痰热清治疗组和对照组,两组病人均根据各期的病情变化,在基础治疗和对症治疗的基础上,治疗组用痰热清注射液20ml加于5%GS500ml中静脉滴注。结果治疗组对改善症状以及减少并发症,肝肾功能恢复,缩短病程方面均优于对照组。结论痰热清注射液治疗肾综合征出血热有较好效果。

Objective To probes into the effect of Tanreqing injection on kidney syndrome hemorrhagic fever. Methods 128 cases of kidney syndrome hemorrhagic fever were randomly divided into tested group and control group according to basic and symptomatic treatment, 20mL Tanrcqing injection added in 5% GSSOOml was perfused intravenously. Results The test group showed better effect in improving symptom ,decreasing Complications shorting the course of disease restoring kidney function and platelet function,than the control group. Conclusion Tanreqing injection has a good effect in treatment of kidney syndrome hemorrhagic fever.
