城市轨道交通线路规划与城市空间综合开发利用的思考

On the Line Planning of UMT and the Comprehensive Development of Urban Space

针对目前城市轨道交通线路规划中存在的问题,从城市空间综合开发利用的角度,阐述了轨道交通线路规划与城市道路、地块开发和城市地下空间开发的关系。提出应在科学规划、统筹利用、合理分配城市空间的基础上,进行城市轨道交通线路规划,这不仅有利于城市空间综合开发利用,也有利于轨道交通自身的建设。

In view of the problems existed in the line planning of UMT, this paper, from the angle of integrated urban space devolopment, demonstrates the relation between the line planning, the urban road, the block development and the underground space comprehensive development. By pointing out that the line planning of UMT shall be processed on scientific research and rational utilization of urban space, the authors hold that this research contributes not only to urban space comprehensive development,but also to the ocnstruction of UMT itself.
