摘要
以信任为基础的战略联盟是企业获取竞争优势、实现快速成长的一种重要战略。然而,由于战略联盟的组织松散性,使得联盟被视作一种高风险战略。本文基于资源的观点讨论了战略联盟的关系风险和绩效风险,并给出了规避风险的策略。
Strategic alliance based on trust is one important strategy for an enterprise to obtain competitive advantages so as to realize rapid growth. However, the slack organization has made strategic alliance a highly risky strategy. This article from the resource-based perspective first discusses relational risks and performance risks in strategic alliance and then puts forward risk-evading mechanism.
