止血夹在高频电凝切除大肠粗蒂大息肉中的应用

Application of Hemostatic Clips in Endoscopic Electrocoagulation Resection of Colorectai Polyps with Thick Pedicles

为探讨止血夹在内镜下高频电凝切除大肠粗蒂大息肉中的应用。并评价其预防出血的效果，对16例患者共24枚粗蒂大息肉于内镜下先用止血夹钳夹蒂基底部，然后高频电凝切除。24枚粗蒂大息肉均完全切除，无1例发生术中即刻出血及术后迟发性出血。结果表明，内镜下应用止血夹行高频电凝切除大肠粗蒂大息肉，可以有效预防息肉切除后导致的即刻和迟发性出血。

The hemostatic effect of hemostatic clips in endoscopic high-irequency electrocoagulatlon resection of colorectal polyps with thick pedicles was evaluated in this study. Endoscopic high-frequency electrocoagulation resection of 24 colorectal polyps from 16 cases was performed after the basal parts of the thick pedicles of the colorectal polyps were gripped by the hemostatic clips. All these 24 polyps were totally removed,and no intraoperative or postoperative bleeding occurred. Results showed that the application of hemostatic clips in endoscopic high-frequency electrocoagulation resection of colorectal polyps with thick pedicles is effective in prevention of intraoperative and postoperative bleeding.
