局部切除术治疗低位直肠癌（附52例报告）

Local Resection in the Treatment of Low Rectal Carcinoma：Analysis of 52 Cases

为探讨局部切除术在低位直肠癌治疗中的作用，经肛门途径和经骶尾部切除尾骨径路（Mason手术）对52例低位直肠癌患者行局部切除术。无手术死亡。术后发生切口感染2例。无肛门失禁和直肠漏。结果表明，局部切除术对早期直肠癌具有良好的治疗效果，对于患有多种老年病而不能耐受根治术的老年患者，可作为较好的姑息手术方法。

For the objective of probing the effects of local resection for low rectal cancinoma,fifty two cases with low rectal carcinoma underwent local resection through anus and Mason procedure. As results, no operative death, no anal incontinence and no rectal leakage occurred,while postoperative infection of incisional wound occurred in 2 cases. It is suggested that local resection is of good therapeutic effect in the treatment of earlier rectal carcinoma,and that local resection can serve as a better palliative surgical procedure for the senile cases with rectal carcinoma, who can not tolerate radical operations due to other senile diseases.
