原位肛门重建术会阴切口Ⅰ期愈合的围手术期处理

Perioperative Management of Reconstruction of Ano in Situs with Primary Healing of Perineal Incision

摘要为探讨确保原位肛门重建术会阴切口Ⅰ期愈合的措施，分析了90例低位直肠癌患者Miles根治术同时行原位肛门重建术的会阴部切口预防感染措施。结果全组除l例会阴切口裂开并发感染经局部换药治愈外。其余会阴切口均Ⅰ期愈合，外形满意。结果显示．要达到术后切口Ⅰ期愈合，整个围手术期需采取科学、有针对性抗感染的综合措施。

The objective of this study was to explore a more effective measures to ensure primary healing of perineal incision after the reconstruction of ano in situs. After Miles radical operation in 90 cases with low rectal carcinoma,synchronous reconstruction of ano in situs and the accompanied measures against infection of perineal incision were conducted. As results,infection of incision complicated by its disruption occurred in one case but was cured by local dressing,and perineal incision was primarily cured in 89 cases with satisfactory contour. Theses suggest that overall measures should be taken during the perioperative period, which may result in postoperative primary healing.
