胰岛素瘤12例临床分析

Insulinoma clinic analysis of 12 cases

对18年中12例胰岛素瘤的分析中发现:胰岛素瘤多数有典型的Whipple氏三联征,只是表现的临床类型不一。症状的类型可能与血糖水平有关,但诱发症状发作的血糖水平不衡定。定性诊断:Whipple三联征加RI/G比值测定作为首选;定位诊断:术中扪诊,尤其是结合术中B超较术前诊断方法更准确。

12 patients with insulinoma were analysed. These patients had typical whipple'e triad but had different type of clinic manifestation. The type was probalely related with the level of blood sugar, nevertheless, attact occured in different level of blood sugar. The first step of diagnosis is Whipple'e triad and RI/G ratio. The localization is better during operation than other preoperative ways,especially intraoperative sonography.
