摘要
采用HE染色、部分用Masson三色对照的半定量估算法,对230伊中国汉人的心传导系统脂肪和纤维组织含量,分8个年龄组进行检测,按其含量不同分轻(<25%)、中(25~50%)和重度(>50%)三型,所得数据经统计学处理、分析,结果显示窦房结和房室束均在40岁以后随年龄增大而增多,房室结30岁出现脂肪组织,纤维组织则在60岁开始出现,从而划分出生理和病理范围。
The fibrous tissue and fatty tissue in the cardiac conduction system of 230 Chinese of Han Nationality were measured semiquantitatively. The tissue sections were stained by H&E stain and partly by Masson trichrome method. The cases were divided into 8 age groups. According. to the amount of the mesenchymal tissues, they were classified into Grade I(<25%), Grade Ⅱ (26%-50%) and Grade Ⅲ(>50%). The results were analyzed statistically which showed that in sino-atrial node (SAN ) and His nbundle (HB), the appearance of fibrous and fatty tissue began from 40 years of gee; in atrioventricular node (AVN), fat appeared from 30 years of age while fibrous tissue began from 60. All of these increased with further increase of age. The delineation of natural change and pathological changes were discussed'
