摘要
用离体大鼠主动脉环,探讨鸡血藤乙醇提取物扩血管的作用机理,结果表明:鸡血藤乙醇提取物使Phe、KCl和CaCl2收缩大鼠血管环的量—效曲线均右移,并抑制最大效应,明显减弱Phe收缩反应中Ca2+内流依赖性部分,但对Phe所引起的依内Ca2+释放收缩部分没有明显的松驰作用。
The mechanism of vasodilator action of extracts from Spatholobus Suberectus Dunn(SS) was studied with isolated rat aortic rings. The results indicated that SS caused the rightward shifting of the dose response curves in Phe, KCl and CaCl 2 , and depressed their maximal responses. SS obviously relax the contraction induced by Phe depending extracellular Calcium, but had no obvious effect on the intracellular Calcium dependent contraction caused by Phe. These results suggest that the mechanism of vasodilatation of SS may be related with the inhibition of the potential dependent Calcium channel and/or receptor operated Calcium channel.
