摘要
根据莱纲500mm热连轧机组的具体情况,采用动态规划法和二分法相结合,开发了离线压下规程优化软件,建立轧制压力、变形抗力、温降、宽展等数学模型。软件采用VB6.0的编辑环境编制了Windows应用程序,其界面友好,易于操作,具有直观和形象化的特点,而且便于对轧制参数进行修改。通过在离线条件下的压下优化设计计算,可以合理利用轧机能力,降低能耗;对轧制过程进行预设定,从而减少产品规格变化较多时和开发新产品时的试轧次数,以此节约成本,提高成材率。
The off-line drafting schedule optimizing software was developed through dynamic programming and dichotomy, through the conditions on the 500 mm hot roiling group of Laigang Group.The mathematical models were established including draught pressure model, resistance model of deformation, temperature drop model, spread model etc. The software is designed in VB6.0 language.Its interface is friendly, easy to operate and convenient to modify roiling parameters. Using the optimizing design calculation, the mill capacity can be used rationally, energy consumption was saved,rolling process was preset, so trial roiling times was reduced as having more product kinds and developing new product. The last object was to save cost and increase yield.
