摘要
针对2号高炉在两年半时间内高炉炉衬侵蚀严重、冷却器大量损坏的现象,停炉后对高炉本体破损情况进行调查分析,得出结论:无冷却自焙炭砖炉底已不再适应当前高炉高产、长寿的要求。
Because of eroded the No.2 BF lining is seriously and most of the coolers are damaged within two and half years, we carry out the breakage analysis for the furnace body during shutdown and draw the conclusion that the bottom without cooling selfroasting carbon bricks can＇t meet the requirement of high output and long life of BF.
