摘要
在简要阐明企业规章制度的涵义及其在现代企业管理中的重要地位基础上,结合工作实际对企业规章制度运用中的有效性、灵活性、规范性和整体性等问题进行分析。提出并论述了企业规章制度运用中要抓好“三个结合”的观点,即执行规章制度与思想工作相结合;规章制度的静态管理与执行过程的动态管理相结合;坚持规章制度建设和企业文化建设相结合。
The validity, the flexibility, the fc)rmality and the entirety of regulations application were discussed on the basis of actual working environme,at according to the definition and enterprise regulations. Opinion of "three connection" was pointed out connection importance of of regulations and mind-set; connection of stative management and dynamic perform;connection of regulations construction and enterprise culture constraction.
