摘要 随着造影剂及造影技术的发展,超声造影在肝脏肿瘤的鉴别中发挥着越来越重要的作用。而且,造影剂也进一步应用于肝脏肿瘤的非手术治疗。它可用于治疗前病灶的定性定位,并对治疗后的疗效进行及时的评估。造影剂还可作为基因载体介导基因的转染,同时可以协同HIFU的治疗作用。 With the development of contrast agent, contrast enhanced ultrasound has played on important role in the differentiation of liver tumor. Further more, the contrast enhanced ultrasound has been implied in the nonsurgical treatment of liver tumor. It can be used to confirm the lesions before treatment and tO evaluate the therapeutic effect in time after treatment. Contrast agent can delivery the gene into the lesions, and it can cooperate with HIFU in the treatment of the lesions.
