摘要
大量研究证实血管内皮祖细胞,可定向于受损伤的血管内皮,并可分化为成熟的血管内皮细胞,从而达到修复损伤血管的目的,因此,可用来治疗血管损伤。这一研究可能对介入放射学治疗血管性疾病如:血管闭塞及狭窄、缺血性疾病等,提供新的突破,本文就血管内皮祖细胞的细胞来源、表面标志、生物学特性及临床研究进行综述。
Increasing evidence suggests that endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) can direct the damaged vessels, differentiate into endothelial cells, and contribute to postnatal neovascularization, thereby contributing to vascular repair, remodeling, and lesion formation. The present findings may provide the basis for the development of new therapeutic strategies in the interventional radiological therapy for vascular diseases, such as occlusive, stenosis vascular diseases and ischemic disease. This article reviews the new study of endothelial progenitor cells in cell origin, phenotypes, characterization and clinical study.
