[Objective] To seek the pathomorphological targets in forensic identification of anaphylactic shock. [Methods] After 35 guineapigs were died of anaphylactic shock, in which the test group was 28 and the control group was 7, we selected the hearts, lungs, livers, spleens, kidneys, stomachs, intestins, tracheas and tonsils of the guineapigs at 0 h, 6 h, 12 h, and 24 h, respectively and detected the expression of IgE and IL-4 by tissue chip and S-P immunohistochemical method. [Results] (1) The expression of IgE: There was positive expression in the lungs and tracheas in the test group, and was the highest at 0,6 hour in four times, and there were statistical significance, P 〈 0.01; There was low expression in the spleens in the test group, and no statistical difference, P 〉 0.05; but no expression in other tissues in the test group and in all tissues in the control group. (2) The expression of IL-4: There was positive expression in the lungs, tracheas, stomachs, and intestins in the test group, and was the highest at 0, 6 hour in four times, and there were statistical significance, P 〈 0.01;There was low expression in the intestins in the test group, and no statistical difference, P 〉0.05; but no expression in other tissues in the test group and in all tissues in the control group. [Conclusion] To detect the expression of IgE, IL-4 by immunohistochemical method may be hopeful to become the pathomorphological targets for anaphylactic shock.
