摘要
分析了20CrMo钢和45钢激光焊接接头焊缝处的显微组织和硬度,并与钎焊焊缝进行对比。结果表明,低合金钢20CrMo与45钢激光对接焊后的热影响区狭窄,显微组织没有明显长大,硬度梯度变化平缓;而用普通钎焊得到的焊缝与母材组织有明显分界面,且缺陷明显。
The microstructure and hardness of the laser butt-welded joint of 20CrMo steel and 45 steel were analyzed, and compared with that of brazing. The results show that 20CrMo and 45 steel have narrow heat affect zone and gentle gradient of hardness after laser butt-welding, and also no obvious growth of microstructures. However there exists obvious interface for normal brazing between welding seam and matrix, and has apparent defects.
