摘要 研究了循环淬火工艺对32Cr2MoV钢力学性能的影响。结果表明,试样经2~3次循环淬火后,能够得到均匀细小的晶粒,获得优于常规处理的高强度、高韧性和高塑性。与常规工艺相比,循环淬火工艺具有热处理周期短、生产率高、耗能少等优点。 Influence of the periodical quenching process on the mechanical properties of 32Cr2MoV steel was studied. The results show that the uniform and fine grains of the specimens can be obtained after periodical quenching 2 - 3 times. Excellent mechanical properties, such as high strength, toughness and plasticity can be obtained. Compared with traditional process, this one has other merits, such as shorten of heat treatment process, enhancement of productivity and low energy consumption.
