摘要
SA8000是继ISO9000和ISO14000之后出现的又一个国际性标准,开始为欧美等发达国家认可和适用,这会对我国产生巨大影响。我国应根据相关的国际公约,修改和完善现行劳动立法,出口企业应积极应对,加强自我约束。
SA8000, which is another international standard after ISO9000 and ISO14000, is being accepted and applied in developed countries in Europe and America. It will exert a great influence on China. Therefore, China should amend and perfect current labor legislation in accordance with relevant international conventions. Export companies should face it actively and comply with SA8000 standard.
