试论经济增长方式与社会主义的前途命运

On the Relationship between Economic Growth Pattern and the Prospect of Socialism

粗放增长方式是落后的生产方式,它大量耗费资源,严重损害社会主义的物质基础,经常违背经济规律和自然规律,不符合最广大人民的根本利益,转变经济增长方式已成为我国当前一个十分重要而紧迫的任务。我国经济增长方式难以转变有体制、思想和历史等方面的原因,应在科学发展观统领下,加大改革和机制创新力度,迫使经济增长方式尽快转变。

Unrestrained economic growth pattern results from backward production mode. It causes severe wastes of resources, does great harm to socialist material foundation, violates the economic and natural laws, and thus doesn＇t work for the actual benefit of the majority of the people. Therefore, the transformation of economic growth pattern has become an urgent and pressing task for present China. Though it is hard for China to change its economic growth pattern due to it system, ideology and history, it should make greater effort to carry out its reform and system innovation to speed up the transformation of economic growth pattern with the guidance of the scientific development view.
