Brief account of harmonious community

胡锦涛在2005年联合国大会上提出了建设和谐世界的新主张。建设和谐世界是当今世界的现状决定的,是建设和谐社会思想的发展。和谐世界是和平、稳定的世界,是均衡发展、普遍繁荣的世界,是合作、共赢的世界。建立和谐世界必须坚持和平共处五项原则,坚持多边主义,倡导新安全观;消除发展障碍,建立国际政治经济新秩序,重视南北差距问题,实现普遍、协调、均衡发展;树立合作共赢的安全观、发展观,以合作求和平,以合作求发展;尊重文明多样性等。

During last year＇s UN General Assembly,Hu Jin- tao put forward a new idea of building a harmonious community. The building of a harmonious community is determined by the current world situation. Harmonious community is a world of peace, stability, balanced development, prevailing prosperity, cooperation, and mutual benefit. It is bulit on the Five Peaceful Coexistence Principles, the multi - lateral system,and new safety regulations so as to eradiate obstacles in development, to establish new international political order, to promote a harmonious development, to set up an all - win policy for development, and to seek for cooperation.
