我国社会结构变化产生的负面影响主要表现在引起社会阶层之间非公正趋向,社会结构变化与社会体制转轨不一致,导致潜在的社会矛盾与冲突显形化等。党和国家必须科学认识社会阶层结构变化的特点,大力发展生产力,提高党的执政能力和执政水平;加强社会主义精神文明和政治文明建设;完善社会主义基本经济制度,继续推进体制改革;健全法律法规;充分发挥社会阶层结构变化的积极作用,克服阶层结构分化的负面影响,推动我国现阶段社会阶层结构变化的健康发展。
