摘要
目前,外商在我国的投资热情前所未有地高涨,而这种外资流入旺盛的势头,以及外资在我国并购持续升温的趋势,将在今后几年得以延续。针对这种现象,详细地论述了外商在我国投资的动机及存在的障碍,并分析我国国有企业在并购的浪潮中存在的机遇和风险。
At present, foreign businessmen are more enthusiastic over investment in China＇s enterprises, and they continue purchasing China＇s enterprises. This kind of investment and purchase will oonfinue in the following years. In view of the above,the motives and Obstacles of their investment are analyzed,and the opportunities and risks facing China＇ s state- owned enterprises are also analyzed.
