摘要
目的探讨半导体激光在牙齿美白中的应用效果,并与其他牙齿美白方法的优、缺点做比较。方法随机选择门诊美白牙患者100例,采用35%高浓度H2O2作为美白剂,并以半导体激光光催化进行牙齿美白。结果经过4个循环近1 h的牙齿激光美白,牙齿色阶差异显著。男性平均美白后色阶差异为9.94±2色阶,女性为10.25±2色阶,在牙齿美白过程中,患者牙齿完全无酸痛感者占50%,当晚感酸痛者53.85%,第二天早上仅有21.79%的患者仍有微酸感,24 h后患者即无不适感,在利用半导体激光进行牙齿美白方法中,男女及年龄大小对美白色阶及感觉差异不显著。结论激光牙齿美白的效果明显,且有预期结果,可达到光能有效的光化学反应,产生最大的效果,最小热能转换,牙齿、牙髓、牙龈不适感最小。
Objective To observe how effective diode lasers-assisted in tooth bleaching and to com- pare the advantages and disadvantages with the other methods. Methods One hundred patients were treated in office with diode laser-assisted tooth bleaching with 35 % H2O2. The some method to measure tooth color and data collection. Results After 4 rounds of diode-assicted tooth bleaching, shade-guide of the tooth was significantly increased to 9.94±2 in men and 10.25±2 in women. During the treatment, 50 % patients had no discomfort at all, 53.85 % felt sore in that night and only 2.79 % had slight sourness in mext morning. There was no difference in gender and age of the patients who reacted to whitening in tooth. Conclusion The effect of tooth laser-assisted bleaching is satisfactory, and the patient has less tooth sensitive during the treatment.
